Person Of The Year
Time Magazine is getting ready to announce their Person Of The Year. They are allowing people to vote for the winner on their website (that’s always the best way to pick a winner, fuck actual accomplishments). It looks like the award this year will be going to go to an outstanding person, one who has change the world for the better. A person that has done many many great things. Currently leading the voting by more than 14,000 votes is…….
The winner will be Harry Potter author, JK ROWLING. She has received over 36, 00 votes and will more than likely win. This completely astounds me. I can’t beleive people actually think that she is deserving of a person of the year award. She wrote a fucking book about witchcraft. I guess the world really is coming to an end.
Is she really the most deserving person for this ward. I think not. I have come up with 10 people who have had a greater impact on the world, who have actually done great things, and who we can all look up to.
10. Angelina Jolie - She has been scouring the world saving every hungry, malnourished child in all of the third world countries. I think that should count for something.
9. Al Gore - He has had a great year. He has led the charge against global warming. He has already won a Grammy, an Oscar, and the Nobel Peace Prize, plus he has to put up with that bitch Tipper. I think that is better than writing a book about witches and fairies.
8. Barry Bonds - Not only did he give all the black children of the world a new hero, but he is also the new home run king. On top of giving black kids new hope, he also gave the drug abusers and cheaters a new idol. Man Of The Year sounds fitting to me.
7. Ron Paul - He has no chance at becoming President, but he still keeps fighting and trying to make a difference. It is great to see a senior citizen with such drive and determination. An added bonus is the fact that his own party hates him. Shit, he deserves an award just for pissing of the republicans.
6. Oprah - She Oprah is their much more than really need to be said.
5. John Campea - He has continued to push the envelope of great Internet reporting and incredible interviewing skills. He has also finally managed to get that great pose of his into a movie. He is without a doubt, King of the Movie Bloggers.
4. Kevin Federline - He alone may be resopnsible for ending Britney Spears’s career. He brought out her true side and we got the glory of watching the train-wreck happen. If not for him, she might not have flipped out and did all the great crazy shit she did to entertain us this year.
3. Anna Nicole Smith - She went from retarded slut to this countries Princess Di. The world became dumber every minute that we watched the lastest breaking news story after her death. She is the best example of what this country has become. That should earn her something.
2. A-Rod - He once again sucked in the post season which helped the Yankees fall on their face. Then he opted out of the contract he had (which they were only actually paying part of), then when back to them and made them pay him even more. Brilliant. Eat that Georgie.
1. George W. Bush - He has given every trailer park retard in America some hope. They now know that they too can be the Leader Of The Free World.

Rowling probably deserves the award for managing to write that seventh book without pissing everyone off. That’s not an easy task.
I guess working from your list, I would have to go with Angelina ’cause she’s the only babe on it. Well, the only babe who’s not, you know, dead.
Yeah, great, thanks for backing up my whole ‘America sucks’ attitude that I have going on right now.
I must say though that Bonds was 40/40 Club long before he started enhancing (yes, I grew up in the Bay Area, so what?)…
@ Megan - You people from San Francisco are so naive. He is a cheater, but you keep defending him. It’s just like these assholes in St. Louis that think Mark McGuire did nothing wrong.
It’s always OK when it’s a guy on your team. O well, at least you’re smart enough to come to our little site.
And Ray, think of all the homosexuals she pleased when she announced that Dumbledore is gay! Way to go J.K.!
@ Eric - Of course he’s a cheater. I guess I am just trying to point out that he wasn’t always so… I can’t wait until the guy leaves so I can have my team back.
