The Word According To Reverend Huckabee
The more and more that the Reverend Mike Huckabee talks, the more we get to see his real side. He made some interesting remarks recently. Do you think his words have a hidden message or are people over reacting?
The Reverend Huckabee has stated that he wants to put the power back in God’s hands. He wants everybody to beleive what he believes? He doesn’t seem to understand the separation of church and state or the freedom of choice. He believes he is spreading the word of God. I think he’s just spreading ignorance and hate and that it will cost him the Republican nomination. His recent statements have pissed off the gay and lesbian community, by comparing gay marriage to bestiality. He also wants to keep the Confederate flags up in the South. He’s starting to kill himself off slowly and it couldn’t be too soon.

I was going to post an article about The Huck, but could not get the video to work. Check out the video where he talks about frying squirrels in a popcorn popper during his college years, I did a spit take when he offered that nugget of his own free will. And I thought I did some messed up shit during college. Hell, large chunks of those four years are a blur, but I am almost positive I never caught a squirrel, thought “gee, this looks tasty”, plugged in the trusty old popcorn popper, and threw in the remains of Skippy.
South Carolina should be the death toll for The Huck. In a state where a majority of the Republican primary describes themselves as Evangelical, The Huck was unable to pull off a win. This does not bode well for the self-described evangelical Huck. True, Thopson siphoned away a sizable chunk of the evangelical vote. But, I doubt that Thompson’s demise post-South Carolina will be enough to revitalize The Huck.
Thank god, there will be one less bigoted bastard running for president. If only something could be done about the other 6 or 7…
It now seems that the Republican primary is winnowed to two: McCain and Romney (with Rudy G having a long shot of revitalizing his decrepit campaign in Florida). Speaking of dumb campaign ploys, “Smitten for Mittens” is unquestionably the dumbest slogan I have ever heard. Just one more reason why I would love to get into a drunken bar brawl with Romney.

Boo hoo ,gays dont like his comments and aren’t some people allowed to keep symbols of their past flying on a flagpole? Well ,so far Huckabee seems to be the most honest out of all of ‘em running this year. I agree with is view on marriage , it should be a man and woman, that is all.
@ Brian - You have to be kidding me. You actually like this guy? Let me ask you this. Do you think people should be able to fly a swastika? It may be part of the ancestry. I will agree on the marriage thing. It should only be for men and woman, but is it really fair to not allow a man to have sex with his dog without it being in sin.
