Heath Ledger Is Dead
What the fuck is going on in Hollywood? Another top actor has died of an apparent accidental drug overdose. Which is not a surprise after his last interview.
Heath Ledger was found dead today in his New York apartment. His death is being reported as a heart attack as result of an accidental drug overdose. TMZ is reporting that prescription pills were found near his body.
Ledger first notable role came in the movie 10 Things I Hate About You. His performance in that was good enough to earn him second billing beside Mel Gibson in the blockbuster The Patriot. Ledger’s career and fame took of from there. He became a huge sex symbol and became the top billing actor in his movies. He took top billing in A Knight’s Tale, Ned Kelly and The Order, before finally making is biggest role a gay cowboy in Brokeback Mountain. This is the role is will forever be remembered and I guess after being selfish enough to leave his 2 year old daughter fatherless, he deserves to be remembered as a homo cowboy.
He also played Bob Dylan in the Golder Globe winning Bob Dylan biopic, I’m Not There that was released last year. Ledger’s last role will be that of the Joker in the upcoming Batman movie, The Dark Night. Ledger has had a history of drug problems, but claimed to be clean for over a year now. It is pretty obvious in Ledger’s last known interview that his problem had reemerged. He appeared fidgety and his arms were constantly itching. He also had a hard time concentrating on the interviewer.
Heath Ledger was 28 years old and he is just the latest case of how out of control Hollywood actors have become. This may finally be a wake up call to some of the dumb asses that think they are invincible. Death usually come in three’s and this is number two. I guess come back next week to find out who will kill themselves next. I’m hoping it’s Britney.

Goddamn Eric, let’s let all the facts come in before we start spitting on his corpse.
You must really hate gay cowboys.
That interview is all the facts we really need here. Did you watch it? What do you think, he has ticks? I’m just commenting on thing that are being reported. I think from what we know, those facts will turn out to be true. If not, them I’ll write a story apologizing. Until then, I stand by my thoughts.
He wasn’t a great actor, he was O.K. I personally thing that Brad Renfro death was a bigger loss, because he was a better actor. The only thing I would say he was good in was The Patriot. I just think that if these actors want to run around doing every illegal and immoral thing that they can think of, they deserve the consequences.
Heath Ledger was a very good actor - with some ethics about being real actor, rather than just another pretty face in Hollywood.
He didn’t invite the ‘normal’ publicity hype - to the contrary, he avoided it, disliked it, and left a big studio to choose roles that would hone his career.
- if you’ve watched every interview Ledger ever did, and you obviously didn’t - never did he appear comfortable. He was consistant in being uncomfortable with any publicity. In one interview he described the insomnia the role of playing the Joker was causing - and made no secret of having problems sleeping.
Why jump to the worst conclusions and cruelest judgements?
He loved his daughter and family - he didn’t make the front pages with drunk driving and drug charges…
When any of us leave this life, we should be so lucky to be missed so much by so many!

Eric, if you dont think he was a good actor then you obviously haven’t seen any of his films.
And I still think we should wait for the facts to come out.
Eric - you need to watch BROKEBACK before you rip him a new and belated asshole.
