Lovely news today … the budget deficit this coming year will reach 1 trillion dollars.
In short, we’re fucked.
The only hope for mankind is a Roland Emmerich-style disaster that will put us out of our misery quickly and painlessly. Unfortunately, it doesn’t look like it’s coming anytime soon:

Great I’m poor and I’m going to die in 4 years.
Yeah … and apparently it’s going to be death by drowning, which really sucks.
I’m safe. I participated in the Great Shake-Out today.
Never mind that my apartment building is like 40 yrs old and in East L.A. and will probably crumble to dust and I’ll have to be dug out with sniffer dogs and shit…
