I dunno … every movie of Ferrell’s is a variation of the “weird guy plays some sport weirdly” type of film. I like the guy, but damn … it’s getting repetitive.

I know everybody will get pissed off at me for saying this, but I an getting really tired of Will Ferrell. He has been very funny in the past and is great in short sketches. The problem I have with him though, is that he hasn’t done anything new in a long time.
Like Piper said, everything he has done is the “funny sports figure falls from grace and then raises to greatness again.”
It is getting really old to me. I also don’t understand why I am supposed to laugh every time he gets naked. It was funny the first couple of times, but now it seems he does it in every movie.
Please Will Ferrell, I beg you, get a new idea. This one is growing very old.

It is what he does and he does it well. It does get tired after a while though.
I would rather him keep doing this than make an Adam Sandler leap to Punch Drunk Love Part 2: Electric Bugaloo.
There is too much cash in these kinds of films for him to stop doing them.
